Do your team members hold valid Police & Working with Children Checks?
Yes, all team members must hold both a valid clear Federal Police Check and a Working with Children’s Check.

How do I make a booking?
We understand your busy that’s why we provide a simple online booking system which allows you to communicate your requirements. Booking confirmations and reminders are generated via text message.
Do I need to be home during my cleaning service ?
No not at all, should you have entry and exit instructions in your absence, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Cancellation Policy.
Life can change quickly, and you may need to reschedule your cleaning service. Rescheduling within 24hrs or less a $50 cancellation fee will be payable to counter the costs associated with the short notice.
Payment.
CGP Cleaning Services payment terms are strictly 7 days, please note all cleaning services are invoiced same day.
